A blog about my journey to healing my eczema and detoxing from 25 years of topical and oral steroids. I stopped using all steroids on the 16th August 2015 and am now eating a low inflammatory diet. Here I am sharing about the detox process from steroids, it's been a crazy intense one so far! One day at a time. I know that healing will come.
